Refund policy
If your order has NOT been processed and shipped, then you can request a refund. However, once we have shipped your order, we cannot cancel or refund your order. If you have received your order and it is damaged or you have received the wrong item, we are more than happy to send a replacement free of charge.
Please email us at lootsenpai@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of your issue. We will try and get back to you as soon as possible, warrented its not a holiday or the weekend.
What if my order is lost in the mail?
- If the mail service loses your order, we will be happy to send you a new product free of charge or you can choose to receive a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.
- Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 60 days. This is because mail delays do happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. Although this is usually an unlikely it can happen from time to time.
- If you still haven't received your order after 60 days, please email us at lootsenpai@gmail.com with your order number, so we can work out a solution.
