Shipping policy

LootSenpai prides itself with the ability to deliver products to nearly every country across the world!

However, given the ongoing global COVID-19 crisis, there's a small chance delivery time may take slightly longer than expected due to stricter regulations at customs. 

Most packages will be sent by registered air mail with an online tracking number provided. 

Shipping Information 

The vast majority of items require only 1-3 business days processing time.

Please allow up to 7-20 business days for mail items to reach you (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc.) However, with the current COVID-19 crisis there is a possibility of delay. Please contact us if you have not received your package after 60 days

What if the product is lost in the mail?

• If the mail service loses your order, we will be happy to send you a new product free of charge or you can choose to receive a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.

• Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 60 days. This is because mail delays  do happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. Although this is usually an unlikely it can happen from time to time.                                     

• If you still haven't received your order after 60 days, please email us at lootsenpai@gmail.com with your order number, so we can work out a solution.
